We do not offer group fitness classes during the summer but check out the list of classes we have offered in the past and start preparing for the fall!
RIPPED: A hardcore fitness class focused on strength training to sculpt and tone the entire body.
H.I.I.T: (High-Intensity Interval Training) Short, intense full-body workouts that provide a high caloric burn.
BOOTCAMP: A fun fitness class designed to promote muscle toning through high repetitions and lower weight. This class also includes movements that will improve your functional fitness in addition to your strength and endurance.
BUTTS & GUTS: Fun and effective exercises to strengthen and sculpt the abs, glutes, inner thighs, and back.
YOGA: An excellent way to get away from the stress of school and work on flexibility.
ZUMBA: A fun and energetic dance approach to cardio.
We will offer a variety of fitness classes, FREE for students, just remember to bring your student ID!
