Come workout with us! We offer a variety of fitness classes, FREE for students, remember to bring your student ID!

All classes will be held in the South Balcony of the Student Activity Center.

Our group fitness class schedule is below. All classes begin Monday, January 14, 2019. Contact us if you have any questions!

What is that class?

RIPPED: A hardcore fitness class focused on strength training to sculpt and tone the entire body.

H.I.I.T: (High Intensity Interval Training) Short, intense full-body workouts that provide a high caloric burn.

BOOTCAMP: A fun fitness class designed to promote muscle toning through high repetitions and lower weight. This class also includes movements that will improve your functional fitness in addition to your strength and endurance.

BUTTS & GUTS: Fun and effective exercises to strengthen and sculpt the abs, gluten, inner thighs, and back.

YOGA: An excellent way to get away from the stress of school and work on flexibility.

ZUMBA: A fun and energetic dance approach to cardio.
